Glopex Update

"Sometime around lunch depending on traffic" is when tech support told me to be expecting the field technician to replace our failed hardware. I have also heard unfulfilled promises such as "We'll call you back" and "We are trying to resolve your issue, sir" so I am not holding my breath. Three days now without service and VOIP is quickly becoming an unpopular solution to our long-distance calling needs.

While I was typing the first paragraph, the tech showed up with a new VOIP box. 15 minutes after he arrived, the new box was installed and our phone system works perfectly. The tech was nice and professional. Too bad it took 3 days for a 15 minute repair.
